Priority Mail Shipping (5 - 10 business days)

Orders will be shipped via the USPS. Most packages arrive within 5 - 7 business days but it can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Starting at $9.99 depending on weight of items ordered.

Express (EMS) Shipping (2 - 5 business days guaranteed)

Most packages arrive within 2-3 business days but it can take up to 5 business days for delivery. Starting at $99.99 depending on weight of items ordered.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate. 

 

Return Policy

In order to return merchandise, you must contact our customer service department 

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund. 

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. 


We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

Any package that has not been received by DIF/DSF MANAGEMENT SERVICES and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
